my story
Several years ago, after leading a series of transformations in roles ranging from project manager to CEO, I was invited to join a small group of leadership experts to teach others how to lead change. I needed a simple structure to empower others to go on the same journey of leadership transformation that I had gone on time and again. That's when I discovered the Three Keys of Leadership Transformation™️. The impact of the Three Keys on our early students was breathtaking.
